20mm Jigsaw Mats. Our martial arts mats are used for Karate, Taekwondo, Kickboxing and all martial arts. Both club and competition mats are available in vibrant colours including our tri-colour Irish mats.  Consider using a safe sparring zone to minimise injuries to fighters and spectators. Martial arts mats are made from non toxic EVA (sometimes XPE and EPE) and vary in density and grip. The higher the density the harder the mat, the more impact it can absorb and generally more stable and durable. Some activities however prefer softer mats, particularly younger practitioners. Head protection and laying mats on softer floor are factors in deciding the best fit mat for you. We also stock jigsaw mats in 30mm and 40mm with varying densities and grips.
